Art is a journey and at this time in my experience, every painting is a lesson. A lesson in seeing - a lesson in value - a lesson in color -a lesson in technique. My paintings are usually landscapes that try to catch the rhythm and beauty of the land as it changes. Sometimes the changes are just in light and season and some changes are by man or nature. Sometimes the changes or just in a fleeting memory of time and place.
