Staring with the dark spaces and the shadows and shading of the aspens, I gradually added the lighter highlights and details, using many golds and greens.

Artist Statement
I'm constantly fascinated by light and shadow. I graduated from the University of Utah in Visual Arts with an emphasis in Drawing and Painting, and have continued my artistic education ever since.
